Our policy lasts 7 days for farm inputs. However, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, If 7 days have gone by since your purchase.
We offer 100% return or refund upon any issues with your order. This still must be within a 24-hour period upon which we anticipate you to have audited your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods are excluded from being returned after the point of delivery. Perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, tubers, and grains can not be returned when the examination period elapses.
At the point of delivery of perishables, you get a full refund lowering shipping costs.
To complete your return, we bear damage upon evidence of purchase.

    Only regular-priced Products may be reimbursed, unfortunately, products on sale can not be reimbursed.
  • You should post your product to The Ecofarms and Agro Services Company HQ, No. 58 Yakubu Gowon Road, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria.
  • You’ll be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs non-refundable.

Shipping To return your product,

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted( if applicable).
