Job Summary:
The Ecofarms is seeking a diligent and passionate Administrative Assistant to manage Administrative scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record-keeping, with experience managing farm-related documentation (e.g., invoices, and supplier contracts).
Eligibility and Competence:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an agricultural or small business setting, with a track record of efficient office management.
- Administrative Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record-keeping, with experience managing farm-related documentation (e.g., invoices, supplier contracts).
- Technology Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email platforms; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) or CRM systems is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to liaise with suppliers, clients, and staff professionally and courteously.
- Organizational Abilities: Track record of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
- Customer Service: Experience in handling inquiries and providing administrative support to enhance business operations, with references confirming reliability and professionalism.
- References: At least two professional references attesting to administrative competence and organizational skills.
